Inward Gaze is an artificial intelligence mirror for self-inquiry. The object creates personalized questions and prompts that guide participants into deeper dialogue with themselves.

This project explores how AI guided contemplation might strengthen emotional regulation and deepen self-understanding. Through each interaction, the experience evolves, refining how technology can create meaningful spaces for connecting with oneself.
